A gathering of 45 enjoyed a delicious lunch on Monday 10 June at the village hall. Another is planned for later in the year.
Goslings
22nd April Hascombe’s newest additions 8 goslings hatched overnight……
Sadly on 26th April reports that they have all disappeared and the pond is looking very empty. The only resident goose(it could not fly) has also disappeared.

Little Free Library
Our Little Free Library is now officially open! Housed cosily next to Hascombe Fountain, the library is full of books for all the family to borrow. If you have a favourite book you would like to equally enjoy, please contact our curator, Emma Sue, via the FOH website friendsofhascombe@hotmail.com
Ultimate Frisbee
A weekly Saturday event for all the family . Meet at 5 pm on the cricket pitch in Hascombe, no skill required. This is a free event lead by Nick English and includes cake. Join in or watch – sure to be entertaining.
Open Gardens
Autumn, date to confirm:
We would like to run this event again this year but rely on enough residents to volunteer their gardens for a few hours. This is not a competition but a social event, and was enjoyed by both participants and visitors last year. If you would like to take part please contact Shirley Jeffrey.
